Position: Antenna/EM Engineer
Location: Bari

Role Overview:
The Antenna/EM Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing high-performance antenna systems. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of RF and antenna systems.
  • Perform simulations, analysis, and optimization of antenna and RF performance.
  • Develop prototypes, perform testing, and validate antenna performance in lab and real-world environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, systems, Hardware) to integrate antennas into larger systems.
  • Document design specifications, results, and prepare technical reports.
  • Support in defining and meeting project schedules and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or PhD in Antenna, Electromagnetic field.
  • 1+ years of experience in antenna design and RF systems.
  • Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., CST).
  • Familiarity with RF testing equipment (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
  • Knowledge of space environment constraints and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • English and Italian leanguage is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing antennas for satellite communications.
  • Understanding of materials and mechanical constraints for space components.
  • Basic experience with phased array antennas or beamforming technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for aerospace and space systems.
